Kornati.Tours is a user-friendly online platform for booking day trips and tours to Croatia’s beautiful coast and islands. Our mission is to provide a secure and reliable booking experience, partnering with trustworthy operators to offer the best possible tours.

We carefully vet our tour partners to ensure they provide high-quality experiences, adhere to safety guidelines, and share our commitment to tourism. We also prioritize transparent information to avoid any misleading details, which some offline sellers might do.

Booking and Payments

To book a tour, simply browse our selection of tours, choose your desired tour, select the date and number of participants, and follow the steps to complete your booking.

We accept major credit cards through our secure payment gateway (Stripe). You can also use Google Pay or Apple Pay for quick check out.  Your payment information is processed securely and is not stored on our servers.

Please refer to our cancellation policy within terms of use for details on cancellations and modifications to your booking. Contact our support team if you need assistance.

Yes, we use HTTPS encryption and follow industry-standard security practices to protect your data. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

An Important Note

Please make sure you arrive to the departure point at least 30 minutes before designated tour departure time. The boat will not wait for you, and there is no possibility of refund in case of no-show. Departure points and times are cleary marked on the map for each tour seperately so make sure you know where you need to go. If in doubt - contact us.

Trip Preparation

It’s essential to pack appropriate clothing, sun protection, and comfortable walking shoes. For some tours, you may need swimwear, towels, and additional items. Check the tour description for specific requirements.

Many of our tours are suitable for children and people with special needs. Please check the tour description for information on age and accessibility, or contact us for further assistance.

The safety and comfort of our guests are paramount. If a tour is canceled due to weather conditions, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a refund according to our cancellation policy.

Some tours may include meals, refreshments, or stops at local restaurants. Be sure to check the tour description for information on what is included in the tour package.

Most of our tours include a knowledgeable and experienced guide who can provide valuable insights into the destinations you visit. Please check the tour description for specific details on whether a guide is included.

On most boats pets are not allowed in the interior but are welcome to stay outside on the open deck, as long as they are on a leash and well behaved. To make everything as  transparent as possible, all tours that allow pets will be marked as pet friendly on the tour description page.
